This fee covers trash and pest control.

$19 Asset Protection

Property liability insurance protecting the property in the event of accidental damages, up to $300,000. Additional renters insurance is not required, but is recommended.

All pet fees are charged per pet, and are considered non-refundable with the exception of the pet deposit.
